Please take a look into the FAQ-section before sending a support-request. If you don't find an answer to your question don't hesitate to send us an E-Mail (support (a) uptimeproject.net) or ask your question in the IRC.

Please note: When sending a support-request please describe your problem as detailed as possible. Please include information as username, used operation system, used client, and the current uptime. The UptimeProject Support-Team will NEVER ask you for your password. Please store your password at a safe place and don't give it to anyone.
