About UptimeProject
UptimeProject was originally created by Daniel Mrochen around 2002 and remained active until 2006. It allowed users to track their computer uptime and compete globally, generating stylish uptime images for forums. Many were disappointed when the project shut down without explanation, and over time, it was forgotten—except by me.
The new version includes a fully functional server engine and client software, currently available for Linux. Support for FreeBSD, Windows, macOS, and other platforms is coming soon.
Now, once again, users can track their uptime and compete to see whose hardware stands the test of time!
Revival After 20 Years
Unlike many, I never forgot about Uptime-Project. I always remembered how cool and fun it was. So, after 20 years, I decided to bring it back!
Thanks to archived versions of the old design, the look and feel of the original project have been restored. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact the original creators, and without access to the original source code, I had to rebuild everything from scratch.
Join the Community!
I invite everyone to join the revived UptimeProject! The core functionality is in place, and in the future, I plan to add a comments section and, if needed, a forum for discussions.
Let's bring back the spirit of UptimeProject together!

Archived page
UptimeProject was a fantastic platform designed to track computer uptime and compete with others globally. It even generated beautiful uptime images that users could proudly display in forums. Many people were saddened when the project was shut down in 2006 without a clear reason, and over time, it faded from memory.
